Welcome to IP007 (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our proxy IP services, including our website and any related applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

IP007 provides proxy IP services that allow users to route their internet traffic through our servers. The specific features and limitations of our Services depend on the subscription plan you choose. Our Services may include:

• Access to our network of proxy IP addresses
• Rotation of IP addresses
• Geographically diverse IP locations
• Customer support
• Usage analytics and reporting tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

To use most of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Ensuring that you exit from your account at the end of each session

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use our Services to engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activity
• Conduct unauthorized scanning, probing, or attacking of computer systems or networks
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or code of a destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services, systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use our Services for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Engage in excessive use that negatively impacts other users

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates these provisions, including terminating their account and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription. All payments are processed through our designated payment processors. Payment terms for all purchases are as follows:

• Fees are charged at the beginning of your subscription period
• Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Pricing is subject to change, but we will provide notice before implementing any changes
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, refunds are issued at our discretion and will generally only be provided for significant service interruptions or technical issues on our end. No refunds will be issued for violations of these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of IP007 or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of our Services
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble our software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods
• Use our Services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IP007, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Service interruptions or performance issues

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100 if you have not had any payment obligations to us.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify our Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

For our paid plans, we aim to maintain a 99.9% uptime. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as detailed in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement various security measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website before the changes become effective.

Your continued use of our Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services and cancel your subscription.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

• The number of arbitrators shall be one
• The language of the arbitration shall be English
• The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore

This arbitration provision does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
